CANCELLATION/BOOKING
POLICY

All services booked fall under the following cancellation policy, no exceptions.

This policy is here to ensure that our small business can run smoothly and efficiently, and to ensure that we can get as a many people booked in as possible. We are often fully booked far in advance with a small waiting list, so by allowing enough time for cancellations, this ensures that we can get lots of people in who may be waiting for their appointment, including you. We thank you in advance for respecting the below guidelines.

Standard 48 Hour Cancellation Policy

All services can be changed/cancelled up to 48 hours before free of charge. Once inside 48 hours of the appointment, a 50% cancellation fee is charged. For last minute cancellations on the day, and no shows, 100% of the treatment is charged. 

 

Permanent Make Up 
For Permanent Make Up bookings such as Eyeliner, Lip Blush and Ombre/Powder/Combination Brows, Microblading and Nano Brows - a £50 non refundable deposit is taken upon booking. This deposit will only be carried over to another appointment should you reschedule a maximum of twice, and only if it falls outside of the 48 hour period. In all other circumstances the deposit is lost. If you cancel inside 48 hours of your appointment, the above standard policy will apply.

Patch Testing

All clients must be patch tested before any new treatment that requires testing. This includes; any type of brow tinting/staining, lash tinting, brow lamination (enhanced brows), lash lifting, eyelash extensions of any kind, permanent make up such as eyeliner, lips or brows, or any other service that may require testing.

When booking services that require a patch test, the patch test MUST be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment. Booking patch tests are your responsibility, and failure to do so resulting in a last minute cancellation by ourselves will incur a charge as per the 48 Hour Cancellation Policy above. If you are unable to find an appointment for this in due course, please do contact us so that we can make sure you get in.

How to cancel/amend my appointment

Appointments can be cancelled or amended by logging in to the booking system that the appointment was booked on. There is also a link to this in your booking confirmation email. Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling/amending appointments to allow us to fill the space.

All clients receive a text reminder two days before their appointment. This also provides another opportunity to cancel your appointment there and then, should you have forgotten.

Repeat missed/last minute cancellations or no shows

In this instant, we reserve the right to refuse further bookings. In the event that we do consider rebooking, full payment must be taken before each appointment.

Outstanding charges from a previous cancelled/missed appointment

Card details are processed upon booking, to allow for payment to be taken automatically in the event of the above policy's. In the event that a payment has not been able to be taken, an email will be sent with a request for payment and a charge will be added on to your account. Any future bookings made on an account with an outstanding balance will be cancelled until the charges have been paid. If you are trying to make a payment and there is an issue, please contact us.

NOTE - We reserve the right to be flexible with charges within our 48 hour policy.
