Hi, I'm Roxy!
I'm the founder of Boss Lady Brow Specialist and have been working in the beauty industry for many years, helping clients feel confident, empowered, and beautiful in their own skin.
My passion has always been creating natural, confidence-boosting results while providing a welcoming and professional experience from the moment you walk through the door. Whether you're visiting for permanent makeup, brows, lashes, aesthetic skin treatments, or beauty maintenance, my goal is to ensure you leave feeling your absolute best.
Over the years, I've built Boss Lady around the values that matter most to me: quality, honesty, kindness, and making every client feel valued. I believe beauty treatments should be more than just an appointment—they should be time set aside for you.
Alongside running the salon, I love learning, developing new skills, and staying up to date with the latest treatments and techniques so I can continue offering the highest standard of service to my clients.
Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my children, walking my dog, working on creative projects, or planning new ideas for both the beauty and holistic side of my business.

I’m part of the team at Boss Lady, where I combine creativity and organisation to help deliver exceptional experiences for both our clients and our team. From designing treatment information packs and client communications to creating systems and processes that keep everything running smoothly, I love bringing ideas to life and helping the business thrive.
Creativity has always been a huge part of who I am. Whether it’s designing, singing, or finding new ways to make things beautiful, I enjoy adding a personal touch to everything I do.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending quality time with my daughter, taking her to activities and making memories together.

Hi, I'm Emma!
I'm delighted to be joining the team at Boss Lady and beginning my journey as a beauty therapist in such a welcoming and supportive environment.
I've always had a passion for beauty, self-care, and helping people feel good about themselves. One of the things I love most about this industry is seeing the confidence that treatments can bring and helping clients take time out of their busy lives to relax and feel refreshed.
At Boss Lady, I'll be offering a range of beauty treatments including brows, lashes, facials, nails, massage, spray tanning, and waxing. I'm committed to continually developing my skills and knowledge to ensure every client receives the highest standard of care and attention.
I pride myself on being friendly, approachable, and making clients feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. Whether you're visiting for a quick treatment or a little self-care time, my aim is to help you leave feeling relaxed, confident, and looking your best.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my sons, making memories in the sunshine, and taking my dog on nature walks.
